How to Make Authentic Chai with Chickle Chai Masala
Aromatic, warming and perfectly spiced chai at home. The instructions below will produce two cups of chai.
Step by Step Guide

1. Boil water
Add 2 cups of water to a saucepan and bring to a boil.

2. Add chai spice blend
Stir in 2 teaspoons of any of our Chai blends and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

3. Add tea
Add tea leaves or 1 tea bag of your choice and simmer for another 1–2 minutes.

4. Pour in milk
Add up to a cup of milk (of your choice) and bring gently to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 2 minutes. Be careful: milk heats up quickly and can overflow before you notice!

5. Sweeten & strain
Add sugar to taste, strain into cups and serve hot. Sip, relax and enjoy your chai, the Chickle way!
Useful Tips
For strong chai, simmer longer after adding tea.
For iced chai, cool and pour over ice.
Pairs perfectly with biscuits or savoury snacks.
